What is Installation & BOS?
Balance of System (BOS) refers to every component of a solar power plant beyond the panels themselves — inverters, mounting structures, cables, junction boxes, earthing systems, monitoring units, and switchgear. A poorly chosen or incorrectly installed BOS is the leading cause of system underperformance and premature failures.
Avani Eco Solutions maintains an in-house installation workforce trained to IEC and CEA standards. Our teams handle both rooftop and ground-mount structures, using hot-dip galvanised rails for corrosion resistance and cable management conduits that meet IP67 ratings for outdoor environments.
We partner with leading inverter OEMs (string, central, and micro-inverter variants) and supply only authentic, warranted equipment. Every installation closes with a detailed commissioning report, insulation resistance test records, and a final handover kit for the client.
